Q: Is my conversation history stored?
A: No. Your privacy is sacred. EmpaThera processes your voice in real time and does not store any conversation data.
Q: How does the app work?
A: Tap the blue orb to speak. Your AI companion listens, processes your voice in real time, and replies with grounded, calming insights. Only AI voice responses count toward your monthly minutes — you can speak freely without worry.
Q: Can I choose my therapist’s voice?
A: Yes! Choose between Luma (female voice) or Melo (male voice) in your Preferences under the Account tab.
Q: How do I cancel or change my subscription?
A: Manage your subscription anytime via your Apple ID settings on your iPhone or iPad.
Q: How do I delete my account?
A: Simply scroll down to the bottom of the Account screen and click the red "Delete My Account" Text. Your account + data will be instantly and securely removed.
